The Cultivate Pathways program is specifically designed for two distinct groups with a keen interest in advancing within the real estate industry. For young adults (18 -34) aspiring to embark on a career in the real estate industry, offering them foundational knowledge and practical experience to begin their professional journey or for already licensed professionals, such as real estate agents or mortgage loan officers, who aim to elevate their careers by obtaining their broker's license.

 

Who Can Apply:

 

• Certifications: Individuals at the start of their career path who possess a strong interest in exploring the various facets of the real estate industry. This includes those seeking to understand the breadth of opportunities available, from real estate sales and mortgage lending to construction development and affordable housing.

• Licensed Professionals: Current real estate agents and mortgage brokers/loan officers looking to deepen their expertise and enhance their qualifications by earning a broker's license. This opportunity is perfect for professionals committed to expanding their scope of work, leadership potential, and ability to operate their own real estate or mortgage brokerage firm in the future.

 

Application Process: Enthusiasts looking to carve out a career in the real estate industry or associated fields are invited to apply to the Cultivate Pathway program through our online application process.

Leadership Program: Selected candidates will embark on a journey through our "Leadership" program. The online course is designed to equip candidates with foundational knowledge and leadership skills essential for success in their chosen field. Upon successful completion and receipt of their Certificate of Completion, candidates become eligible to apply for the AIREE License/Certificate Grant.

 

Grant Opportunities: License/Certificate grant, awarded annually, offers aspiring professionals financial support towards acquiring necessary licensing or certifications. This pivotal grant underscores our commitment to fostering talent and ambition within the real estate domain and its allied trades.

 

Course Details:

• Frequency: Leadership courses are conducted twice a year.

• Duration: Each course spans between one to two weeks.

• Modality: Predominantly online, these courses are designed to accommodate individuals keen on making a mark in the real estate industry, facilitating their journey towards licensure or certification in their preferred disciplines.

Grant Information: Up to $3,500

​

Disbursement: Grants are disbursed directly to the licensing real estate, mortgage, approved and accredited trade schools, ensuring that the educational institutions meet state requirements and certifications.

Qualifying Real Estate Sectors: 

​

• License: Real estate broker and mortgage broker.

​

Eligible Locations: South East (U.S.)
