BJ Hamilton-Harris, CEO
BJ brings over 25 years of expertise in real estate, mortgage financing, and development. Raised at the intersection of technology and real estate, her mother had a remarkable 30+ year career in global technology. Meanwhile, her father, a second-generation real estate professional, was deeply rooted in Florida's real estate industry. Harris’s passion for real estate is deeply ingrained, drawing from her family’s legacy of pivotal contributions to transformative developments in Louisiana and Florida, dating back to the mid 1700's.
Harris’s leadership at AIREE embodies a steadfast commitment to integrating technology into the real estate sector, streamlining transactions, and creating equitable opportunities for under-resourced communities. By championing innovation, accessibility, and mentorship, she envisions empowering the next generation to leverage advancements in real estate, foster economic growth, and reshape the industry into a brighter, more equitable future for all.
Sam Harris III, President
Sam brings over 28 years of expertise in real estate, banking, and financial services. His career highlights includes Tampa’s $400+ million Central Park Development, now valued at over $1 billion, and fostering opportunities for underrepresented communities. His leadership drives AIREE’s mission to empower the next generation through education, access to capital, and innovative pathways in real estate.
