C-CAP (Career and Certification Advancement Program)

C-CAP is designed to support individuals in obtaining the certifications and licenses essential for advancing their careers in real estate and related industries. This initiative provides participants with small grants, educational resources, and personalized guidance throughout the certification process. Tailored for high school and college students with a strong interest in real estate, C-CAP offers them the opportunity to explore career pathways, gain professional credentials, and significantly enhance their chances of long-term success in the industry.
