How the Program Works?

Real Estate Industry Awareness Program: Tailored initiatives aimed at enlightening high school and college senior students about the myriad career opportunities in real estate, underscoring the sector's dynamic potential.

Diverse Representation, Inclusion Strategies, and Initiatives: Dedicated efforts to make the real estate industry more inclusive and accessible for young adults and people of color. These strategies are integral in fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion at every level.

Refer a Student: Help support aspiring young professionals in the real estate industry, AIREE welcomes referrals for the C-CAP (Career and Certification Advancement Program) grant program. High school or college students interested in pursuing a career in real estate may have a teacher or professor submit a referral on their behalf. This referral, limited to 350 words or less, should detail the student's dedication, passion for the real estate industry, and why they stand out as an exemplary candidate for the C-CAP program. To nominate a student, please send the referral to info@aireegroup.org with "C-CAP Student Referral" as the subject line. This opportunity empowers educators to advocate for students who demonstrate a keen interest in making a significant impact within the real estate sector.

Continuous Engagement Initiatives: A series of programs designed to maintain ongoing engagement with students and young professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for a prosperous career in real estate.
