CULTIVATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 

AIREE’s Cultivate Economic Development program is an invitation-only initiative tailored for licensed professionals and businesses dedicated to making significant impacts within the realms of real estate sectors. This six (6) to nine (9) month program is designed for those who are not only looking to elevate their own expertise but are also committed to driving innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity in the industry. 

Individual: This program is specifically crafted for professionals and aspiring real estate experts seeking to advance their careers by opening their own independent business. Ideal for licensed real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, architects, engineers, general contractors, builders, developers, technology companies, and specialty services in the real estate field, this program empowers participants through advanced training, mentorship, and hands-on project experiences.

Eligibility Criteria: Individual

  • Possess a valid professional license, certifications, and/or a degree in the related field.

  • A minimum of four years of experience (active/full time) in the real estate industry or related sectors.

  • Completion of AIREE’s foundational courses in Consulting and Entrepreneurial skills.

  • Demonstrated commitment to utilizing skills for community economic development.

  • Commit to 30+ hours of community services through one of AIREE's volunteer programs or an affiliate partner. 

  • Commit to our "Each One Teach One" community program that gives candidates and businesses the opportunity to pay it forward, by making a one (1) year commit to impacting the next generation of real estate professionals.  

 

Existing Businesses: Designed for small and medium-sized enterprises within the real estate industry, this pathway aims to support businesses looking to expand, innovate, or increase their impact on community development. Whether it's a startup in need of growth capital or an established business planning to scale up operations, the program offers financial assistance, business development resources, and networking opportunities.

 

Eligibility Criteria: Business

  • Registered business operating within the real estate sector or providing services that directly support real estate development and management.

  • A proven track record of contributing to or having the potential to contribute to economic growth in under-resourced communities.

  • A business plan that outlines growth strategies and community impact.

  • Completion of AIREE’s Consulting and Entrepreneurial programs by the business owner or key officers of the company.

  • Commit to 30+ hours of community services through one of AIREE's volunteer programs. 

  • Commit to our "Each One Teach One" community program that gives candidates and businesses the opportunity to pay it forward, by making a one (1) year commit to impact the next generation of real estate professionals. 

 

We're Not Equipped to Support: 

  • Real estate or mortgage franchises, licensed real estate teams/groups, or satellite offices. Support for new office/business is aimed at newly created, independent brands without affiliations to existing major real estate or mortgage brokerage brands.

  • Annual grants or general operations. 

  • Churches.

  • Conferences without a charitable focus.

  • Endowments.

  • Medical or scientific research.

  • Political organizations.

  • Religious or fraternal organizations.

Both pathways under the Cultivate Economic Development Program are designed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in the real estate industry while fostering economic development in their communities. To qualify, candidates must demonstrate a clear vision for their career or business, a commitment to professional growth, and a dedication to leveraging real estate as a tool for positive community impact.

ACCESS TO CAPITAL

The Cultivate Economic Development program by AIREE, designed to propel professionals in the real estate sector and related fields towards greater success, includes an exceptional opportunity for financial advancement. Recognizing the critical importance of access to capital in fostering business growth and innovation, the program extends an exclusive offer to its qualified participants: the chance to apply for a small business loan. This initiative is tailored to support ambitious professionals looking to either kick-start their business ventures, expand their existing operations, or secure working capital for sustained growth.

 

  • Eligible Candidates:  Eligible candidates that demonstrate their commitment and potential through the Cultivate program, are given a unique platform to access financial resources that can be pivotal in turning their entrepreneurial visions into reality. Whether it's opening a real estate or mortgage brokerage and employee local talent, to developing housing and commercial projects, the loan opportunity is designed to try and help meet some of the business needs.

  • Application Process: The application process for the loans is streamlined and integrated within the Cultivate program, ensuring that candidates receive not only financial support but also guidance on strategic planning, financial management, and leadership training. This holistic approach ensures that qualified loan recipients are well-positioned to utilize the funds effectively, driving their businesses towards success and contributing to the economic development of their communities.

  • Terms: We offer structured repayment options tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses at different stages of growth and financial health. Repayment periods are designed with flexibility in mind, varying from 6 to 18 months to accommodate the unique circumstances and strategic plans of each business. This adaptability ensures that funding recipients receive can manage repayments effectively without compromising their operational stability. Eligibility for these terms is determined through a comprehensive Due-Diligence process, where we meticulously assess each business's financial status, business model, and growth potential to ensure that the loan terms align with their capacity and objectives. Our goal is to support businesses in a way that fosters sustainable growth and contributes to their long-term success.
