C-CAP (CULTIVATE CAREER AWARNESS PROGRAM)

The Cultivate Career Awareness Program (C-CAP) is designed for high school and college students passionate about building a career in the real estate industry while positively impacting their communities. This one-week program provides a comprehensive understanding of diverse career paths and equips students with the tools to succeed.

Program Details

​

• Real Estate Industry Awareness: Engages students by introducing them to career opportunities across real estate, fostering awareness of the sector's potential.

​

• Equitable and Inclusion Initiatives: Focuses on creating pathways for Gen y and Z's to ensure accessibility and representation within the industry and help the next generation enter the real estate ecosystem.

​

• Student Referrals: Educators can nominate standout students by submitting a 350-word referral detailing their passion and qualifications. Send nominations to info@aireegroup.org with the subject “C-CAP Student Referral.”

​

• Ongoing Engagement: Continuous workshops and events maintain student involvement, providing valuable knowledge and resources for a successful career.

​

• Licensing & Trade Support: Offers students guidance for certifications and education in real estate sectors such as licensing, mortgage brokerage, and general contracting.

Eligibility

​

• Qualifying Sectors: Includes licensing (real estate agent, mortgage broker, appraiser), certifications (general contractor), title agent, appraisers, and degrees programs (i.e., Architect, Master of Real Estate, Master of Real Estate Development,  Data Science (Historical Real Estate),  and Information Technology (Real Estate/ Mortgage Finance)).

• Grant Support: Up to $2,500 paid directly to educational institutions for tuition, fees, and other costs.

​

• Eligible Locations: Southeast U.S.
