CULTIVATE PATHWAYS

The Cultivate Pathways Program is tailored for two groups: young adults (18–34) looking to start their real estate careers and licensed professionals seeking to advance in their current profession by obtaining a broker's license (i.e., real estate/mortgage broker). This program offers foundational knowledge, practical experience, and leadership training to help participants excel in their chosen field.

Who Can Apply?

​

  • Aspiring Professionals: Young adults that have a determination to begin a career in real estate sales, mortgage lending, general contracting, appraisal, and title. â€‹

​

  • Licensed Professionals: Real estate agents and mortgage loan officers aiming to elevate their qualifications by earning a broker's license to operate their own firm.

​

 

Program Overview

​

  • Leadership Program: Participants join an online course twice a year, lasting 1–2 weeks, designed to provide leadership skills and industry knowledge.​

​

  • Certificate of Completion: Graduates can apply for the AIREE License/Certificate Grant.

​

 

Grant Opportunities

​

  • Amount: Up to $2,500​

​

  • Disbursement: Funds are paid directly to state-approved institutions offering real estate, mortgage, appraisal, and title licensing courses and trade certifications.​

​

 

Eligibility

​

  • Locations: Southeast U.S.​

​

  • Application Dates: Closed (Look for Updates in the Fall)
