Cultivate Career Awareness Program (C-CAP)
The Cultivate Career Awareness Program offers high school seniors and college students a unique opportunity to explore the real estate industry in depth. Tailored for those eager to make a significant contribution to their communities through real estate, the week-long program covers various industry sectors. Participants gain insight into numerous career avenues, from brokerage and mortgage lending to property development and urban planning, enabling them to understand the industry's complexity and diversity. This initiative not only educates but also inspires students to consider real estate as a viable and impactful career choice.
Cultivate Pathway
The AIREE Cultivate Pathway programs are designed for professionals deeply committed to expanding their expertise and influence within the real estate sector and related fields. Eligible candidates for these distinguished program include:

Licensed real estate brokers and mortgage brokers, who play a pivotal role in property transactions and financial advising, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout the buying or selling process.

Architects, whose visionary designs and structural insights lay the groundwork for development projects, transforming concepts into tangible realities.​

General contractors, who oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.​​

General services such as title agents and appraisers, with skills vital to the purchasing process for residential and commercial real estate.​
Cultivate Economic Development
This program is for current licensed professionals (i.e., real estate or mortgage brokers), builders, and small business looking to take their business to the next level and take part in the growth and development of the city.
All candidates must be full time in their chosen profession, have a minimum of four years active experience in the industry, possess a dedication and expertise to their crafts or profession.
Furthermore, completion of AIREE’s Consulting and Entrepreneurial programs is a prerequisite, ensuring that participants have a solid foundation in business acumen and industry-specific knowledge. This comprehensive approach guarantees that Cultivate program members are not only experts in their fields but also equipped with the entrepreneurial skills necessary to thrive and drive innovation within the real estate ecosystem.
