AIREE (Aspiring Independent Real Estate Experts) stands as a beacon of empowerment and transformation within the real estate industry. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, our core mission is to unlock the barriers that have historically hindered young adults and people of color from the array of options to participate in the real estate sector, thereby fostering economic development opportunities in under-resourced, rural, and urban communities. We are committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable industry that mirrors the rich diversity of our society.

Through a comprehensive suite of educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and redevelopment initiatives, AIREE aims to equip our participants with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to thrive in the real estate domain. By focusing on Gen Y and Z we are not just investing in individuals but are nurturing future generations of real estate professionals who can drive positive change in their communities.
Our programs are designed to empower participants to gain financial intelligence, the understanding of the real estate industry as a whole, and engage in community redevelopment, thereby enabling them to contribute meaningfully to the economic and social fabric of their neighborhoods.
