AIREE (Aspiring Independent Real Estate Experts) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping the next generation of professionals with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to excel in the real estate industry. Our mission is to break down barriers to entry, empowering young adults to explore and succeed in careers across the real estate ecosystem. By fostering entrepreneurship, creating new businesses, and driving job creation, we empower individuals to not only compete in the industry but also pioneer innovative products, services, and solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.

As AI and other technological advancements reshape the real estate landscape, AIREE focuses on preparing the next generation of leaders to embrace these changes. Through education, mentorship, and practical training, we collaborate with corporate and community partners to help prepare participants for the complexities of the industry while fostering economic growth and community development in rural, urban, and under-resourced areas.

AIREE’s programs emphasize financial literacy, career readiness, and real estate industry fundamentals, to help equip participants with the confidence to pursue opportunities in real estate, construction, technology, and beyond. By engaging in community redevelopment projects and hands-on learning, participants gain the skills and experience needed to contribute meaningfully to their neighborhoods’ economic and social well-being.
