AIREE (Aspiring Independent Real Estate Experts) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation, particularly within under-resourced communities. Our objective is to increase representation and entrepreneurship in the real estate industry for underrepresented groups by unlocking the full potential of aspiring individuals and fostering successful careers. Through mentorship programs, educational initiatives, and access to capital, we empower individuals to become independent real estate experts, driving positive change and economic growth within their communities.

AIREE is committed to revolutionizing the real estate industry by cultivating a new generation of professionals, prioritizing increased representation among Gen Y & Z and people of color. Acknowledging the growing demand for housing, skilled trades, technological innovation, and diverse representation, coupled with the critical need to boost homeownership rates, we highlight the importance of preparing young leaders for success in these key areas. Our initiatives are designed to not only meet the immediate needs of the market but also to ensure a more equitable and inclusive future in the real estate industry, as a whole.
