AIREE (Aspiring Independent Real Estate Experts) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering the next generation of trade and licensed professionals in the real estate industry. Our mission is to increase representation and entrepreneurship in underserved communities by unlocking the potential of aspiring individuals and fostering successful, impactful careers. Through mentorship, educational programs, and access to capital, AIREE encourages individuals to become independent leaders in their chosen real estate fields, driving positive change, economic growth, and community development. Together, we are working to help shape a more equitable future in the real estate industry.

AIREE is dedicated to transforming the real estate industry by cultivating a new generation of professionals while increasing representation among Gen Y and Z in under-resourced, rural, and urban communities. Recognizing the growing demand for housing, skilled trades, technological advancements, and diverse talent of representation, coupled with the critical need to boost homeownership, we highlight the importance of preparing young leaders for success in these key areas.
